At Mandelicious™  Bake Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in the best possible way.

Terms of Return:

• Returns or exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
• Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Reason for Return:

• Items may be returned if they are damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
• We are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal taste preference or if the item was not stored correctly after delivery.

Process for Refund:

• Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or error (if applicable).
• Our team will review the request and get back to you with further instructions.

Process of Refund:

• Once your return or refund is approved, we will process a full or partial refund based on the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• In the event of an exchange, we will send out a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
