At Mandelicious™ Bake Studio, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order so it arrives fresh, beautifully packaged, and ready to enjoy.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
To ensure peak freshness, we bake in small batches on a weekly schedule.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Carriers and Tracking
We ship using major carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday shipping periods.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, preorder cutoff dates and shipping guidance will be shared in advance on our website and or via email. We strongly recommend ordering early, as availability is limited and carrier volume may affect delivery timing.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our Massachusetts bake studio.
Perishable Products
Mandelicious™ products are perishable. We recommend retrieving deliveries promptly upon arrival to ensure freshness and quality. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery timing and handling rests with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Delivered but Missing
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier first to open a claim.
Mandelicious™ Bake Studio is not responsible for theft or loss after a package is marked delivered.
Shipping Delays and Weather
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, seasonal shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number, a photo, and a brief description of the issue. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
